氧化还原平衡态(Redox homeostasis)是缺氧性肿瘤中主要对活性氧物种(ROS)耐受的原因,因此抑制了肿瘤的治愈。有鉴于此,华东师范大学步文博、薛腾,同济大学Yelin Wu等报道了基于FeCysPW@ZIF-82@CAT Dz纳米平台的还原失衡策略,通过该过程改善了通过ROS对低氧肿瘤治疗情况。
