上海交通大学张万斌、大阪大学Kazushi Mashima等报道Ni/Cu协同催化,以Ni(cod)2/[Cu(CH3CN)4]PF6在手性双膦JOSIPHOS配体、iPr2NEt存在条件中,实现1,3-二烯烃、C亲核试剂之间的偶联反应,从而直接以较高的对映选择性/立体选择性合成了含有较高价值结构的四级/三级碳中心位点的分子。
