复旦大学的梁子骐联合丹麦技术大学Kaibo Zheng团队通过引入噻吩-2-乙胺作为阳离子间隔物和稳定剂,实现2D-Ruddlesden-Popper钙钛矿太阳能电池中室温自发产生的2D/3D体异质结。这使得钙钛矿中的激子扩散长度延长,电荷载体寿命延长,组装的电池效率为7.20%。NH4Cl和DMSO的双重处理进一步将效率提高至12%,并且在没有封装的情况下,电池具有270小时的优异环境稳定性。
