随着柔性电子学领域的发展,可拉伸聚合物半导体(Stretchable polymer semiconductor)得到显著进步。但是如何同时得到较高的电荷载流子迁移率和拉伸能力比较困难。
有鉴于此,斯坦福大学鲍哲南、康宁公司Mingqian He等发展了可拉伸的聚合物半导体薄膜(厚度<100 nm),能够表现多模式能量耗散机制,对应力表现优异的拉伸能力rS(relative stretchability)。
