南京大学周勇、天津工业大学高娃、东南大学王金兰、安徽理工大学刘琪等报道合成超薄的单晶CuInP2S6纳米片,厚度为~0.81 nm的一个晶胞,将其用于光催化还原CO2,发现产物的主要产物为C2H4,选择性达到~56.4 %,基于电子计量的选择性达到~74.6 %。
