人们发现酞菁(Phthalocyanine)光敏剂是具有前景的荧光成像分子和光动力学肿瘤诊疗,但是目前酞菁的应用局限于聚集诱导淬灭和本征的光降解。
有鉴于此,芝加哥大学林文斌等合成AB堆叠的ZnPc材料,ZnPc-PI二维纳米COF在荧光成像和线粒体靶向肿瘤动力学诊疗。
